Rocky Mountain Sitters is actively seeking compassionate, kind, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team! We highly value our team members and recognize the invaluable care they provide to our community. We do not take any cut of our sitters' hourly rates, and offer guaranteed set wages that reflect experience and qualifications. Our support system is unparalleled, and we are dedicated to providing our sitters with the necessary resources and assistance to thrive in their roles. With completely flexible scheduling, we are the perfect fit for any individual who has a genuine passion for childcare-whether you are a college student, teacher, or even a momma looking to earn extra income! At Rocky Mountain Sitters, we require the following:

* Up-to-date CPR certification (If you don't have one or it has expired, go ahead and apply- we can provide resources to get you certified!)

* Minimum 3 years experience with babysitting/childcare (family does not count)

* Be able to provide a minimum of 3 babysitting/childcare-related references

* Clean record (you will complete a background check)

* Have a reliable car and valid driver's license- you will be traveling to client homes and may need to transport children to and from activities.

* Be at least 18 years of age

* Hold at least a high school diploma or GED

We do not allow sitters to have clients come to their own homes, our services travel to the client’s home. Pay will be $21-$26 per hour, depending on the number of children in the home!
